The talented brother-and-sister duo of Karen and John Bates share their family''s spicy stuffing recipe for Thanksgiving in this video. Learn how to make Thanksgiving dinner stuffing for chicken or turkey. To begin cooking the stuffing recipe, first take a couple of Guajllo chilies. Rinse and toast the chilies in the oven for around 5 minutes. Get rid of the seeds and break them up into small pieces and soak them. Dice onions, celery, garlic, and orange. Take the end of the celery and keep aside it for the stock pot. Strain the chilies and cut them into smaller pieces. Add it to the stock pot for the gravy. Put some butter in the cooking pan. Add and cook the diced onions first, then the celery and chilies. Add salt and orange. Let it cook for some time. Toss some bread with this onion celery stuffing mix. Season with pepper and oregano. Add some butter on top and place it in the oven. Your spicy stuffing is ready.
